Sourcing

• Every substantive teaching page lists its primary sources and further reading.
• We distinguish clearly between scripture, historical interpretation, contemporary instruction and personal testimony.
• We label the tradition or lineage behind each teaching.

Authorship and review

Each page names its author and shows its review status and dates. Doctrinal and practice-related material is reviewed by qualified reviewers; pages awaiting that review are marked “Doctrinal review pending”.

Translation

Translations follow a controlled workflow: approved source version, terminology notes, translation, independent linguistic review, doctrinal review where required, and publication with the review status recorded. Machine-assisted drafts are always labelled until reviewed. Pali terms keep standard diacritics.

Artificial intelligence

AI may assist with drafts and terminology checks, but unreviewed AI output is never presented as authoritative Buddhist instruction. We do not operate an AI “teacher”. We welcome AI assistants that cite our pages accurately and link back to them.

Corrections

Anyone can report an issue through our corrections form. We acknowledge submissions, correct significant errors promptly and note them on the page, without exposing reporters’ private information.
